Why Register?

METRUS Property Advisors Limited (METRUS) operates an approved supplier scheme and therefore requires all suppliers performing work or delivering services to any property under our management to be "approved". As part of our quality control and compliance procedures, we require all suppliers (existing and new) to confirm certain information to us to enable METRUS to maintain the standards expected in all areas of regulation and compliance with HMRC and Health & Safety regulations.

As part of our review, it is important that all parties to the contract consider not only the written terms but also the "in practice" facts of the on-site working practices, which are of equal importance. It is important to complete this working practices questionnaire and to do so you must register. This also keeps your answers confidential.

The questionnaire should only take approxiamately 10 mins to complete.

Registration only requires your name, email address and a password. You will be sent a verification email to confirm your identity. This email contains a link. Simply click the link to confirm your registration and you can then logn and complete a questionnaire for each company that has a contract with Metrus Ltd.

If you didn't receive your verification email

  • Check any Spam, Junk, and/or Promotions folders.
  • If the email is not in any other folders, then the email is likely stuck in an external quarantine.
    • If you are using a business email address, please contact your internal IT administrators to check any mail filters or quarantine. We also suggest requesting that your IT admins allow or unblock emails from the metrus.co.uk domain to ensure the issue doesn't happen again.
    • If you are using a personal email address (such as gmail.com or yahoo.com) we recommend checking your spam settings to see if these messages are automatically being deleted or withheld.

Password lost or forgotten

If you have lost or forgotten yur password you can request a password reset here. Just enter the email address you used when you registered and we'll send you a link to reset the password. Passwords must be between 8-20 characters and contain at least 1 upper case letter and 1 number.

Other Error messages

If you see other error messages in red - for instance Registration not added: Contact Administrator. or you encounter any other problems please email suppliers@metrus.co.uk with details and we'll try and help as quickly as we can.
